Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions in Cavite, Imus, Philippines is seeking an on-site Service Advisor to assist customers with vehicle service needs, coordinate repair activities, and ensure excellent service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience as Service Advisor or similar automotive after-sales role is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive repair, preventive maintenance, and vehicle parts.
• Strong communication, customer service and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to prepare service-related reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and document customer complaints.
• Prepare service orders, estimates and repair recommendations.
• Explain repairs, parts, labor costs and ETA to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts and service departments for timely completion.
• Monitor progress of repairs and provide customer updates.
• Explain completed repairs and service to customers on release.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and service-related concerns professionally.
• Follow up on service satisfaction and additional repair recommendations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and encoding of service transactions.
• Promote preventive maintenance and after-sales products.
• Adhere to company service standards, safety procedures and policies.
