Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support dealership service departments. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, follow up, and drive customer retention from Alabang on-site teams.

You will document interactions in the CRM, stay knowledgeable about services and schedules, collaborate with service advisors, and meet daily targets for call volumes and appointment setting while delivering a

Competenze

Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in a BDC, call center customer service, or automotive service advising role.
Outstanding verbal and written communication with clear, empathetic phone presence.
Proficient in using CRM systems, service scheduling software, phone systems, and internet-based tools.
Willing to work full onsite and night shift in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Strong commitment to customer service and building loyalty.

Mansioni

Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries (calls, emails, web leads, chat) to schedule service appointments.
Make proactive outbound calls for reminders, recalls, and retention programs.
Provide information on maintenance, services, pricing, warranties, and recalls.
