Job summary

VinFast Quezon Ave-Aftersales Department is seeking a Service Advisor/Body Repair estimator to welcome customers, inspect units, and coordinate repairs. The role requires 2–3 years in automotive service or related operations, and familiarity with insurance claims and DMS systems.

The successful candidate will handle RO creation, liaise with insurers and technicians, monitor progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping while guiding customers through the repair process.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Automotive Technology or in Vocational/Technical School in Automotive Servicing or Body Repair.
• 2 to 3 years experience in automotive service, body repair, collision repair or automotive dealership operations.
• Experience as Service Advisor, Body Repair estimator, or Automotive Technician is an advantage.
• Experience in handling insurance claims and vehicle damage estimate.
• Familiar with DMS.
• Ability to handle multiple repair orders.
• with Valid driver's license.
• willingness to conduct vehicle inspections.
• physically capable of working in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and conduct initial walk around inspection on the unit and explain to customer the process, timelines and requirements.
• Inspect and documents vehicle damage and assessment.
• Prepare Repel Orders (RO).
• Coordinate with Insurance.
• Coordinate with body repair and technicians.
• Coordinate required body parts to Parts Purchaser.
• Provide repair progress and updates to customers.
• Conduct a pre inspection before vehicle release.
• Coordinate the billing and releasing of units.
• Maintain accurate records of all RO's, monitor work-in-progress units and track aging units.
