Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Operations Support Staff to unify customer service, dispatch operations, parts sourcing, vendor coordination, and admin tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will coordinate customers, technicians, and internal teams to maintain high service levels and operational accuracy, with cross-training to cover essential functions across the team.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive industry experience is required.
• 2+ years in Customer service or customer support experience.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours, with advance notice of schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to technician phone calls.
• Answer and respond to customer phone calls.
• Answer and respond to emails for consumer clients and vendors.
• Build quotes for both fleet and consumer clients.
• Source parts availability.
• Order parts for both fleet and consumer clients.
• Create purchase orders and parts returns.
• Modify jobs to close them out.
• Support technician ledger adjustments.
• Collaborate with Slack, AirCall, Wrench Admin, and vendor websites.
• Address warranty questions and third-party warranty issues.
• Cross-train teammates to cover gaps in performance.
