Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our Clark Freeport Zone team in Pampanga, Philippines. You will support accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and vehicle deal administration while maintaining accurate financial records.

Work with the Finance Team to perform reconciliations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with financial policies. The role emphasizes attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounts payable & receivable, cash management, and GL reconciliations.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with vehicle deal administration and vehicle stock management.
• Familiarity with financial documentation, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance Team and assist with various administrative tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
