• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural communication.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
