Michaels and Grant Business Consulting in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is seeking an Automotive After Sales Non-Technical Trainer for a full-time, office-based role with an annual renewable contract.

You will deliver non-technical training to client dealerships, set KPIs, and keep training materials up-to-date, collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates with a BS Industrial Technology (Automotive) and at least three years of relevant training experience, plus a valid driver's license, are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Technology Major in Automotive or related course.
• At least 3 years of automotive non-technical training experience (e.g., Service Advisor, Warranty Officer, Parts Officer).
• Must have non-technical knowledge of commercial and light commercial vehicles.
• Proactive with keen attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts non-technical training programs for client dealerships on servicing, warranty, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
• Sets training program KPIs and evaluates effectiveness via assessments and observations.
• Communicates with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners to develop training materials.
• Seeks innovative methods in implementing training programs across platforms.
• Manages training costs and ensures efficient use of company resources.
• Updates training decks in line with client objectives and new technology.
