Job summary

PRINCE MOTOR CORPORATION is seeking an Accessories Specialist to lead the dealer group’s accessory business. You will own sales development, promotions, inventory management, and profitability across multiple brands and dealer locations in the Philippines.

The role requires strategic planning, strong negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with service and sales teams. Travel to Commonwealth and San Jose Del Monte dealerships is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field is required.
• 2–3 years in automotive sales, parts, or dealership operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning skills essential.
• Experience with sales targets and promotional programs beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for accessory sales performance across brands and dealerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase accessory sales.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives with management.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Maximize distributor incentives, rebates, and promotions.
