Job summary

UNISON MOTOR CORPORATION in Imus, Cavite is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to source and buy automotive parts, supplies, tools, and other materials needed by the shop.

You will identify reliable suppliers, request quotes, compare options, and negotiate prices and payment terms while tracking orders and inventory to ensure accurate deliveries.

The role requires strong knowledge of auto parts, good communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work onsite with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing automotive parts for auto shop or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, tools and supplies.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, canvassing, quotation comparison, and price negotiation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase automotive parts, supplies, tools, and other materials required by the company
• Identify and coordinate with reliable suppliers of automotive parts
• Request and compare supplier quotations, prices, quality, and delivery lead times
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers
• Coordinate with the Auto Technician/Auto Electrician and other departments regarding required parts and materials
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and pending orders
• Verify received items against purchase orders, invoices, and requested specifications
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of commonly used automotive parts and supplies
• Assist in finding alternative suppliers or equivalent parts when needed

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Can work with minimal supervision and manage multiple purchasing requests
• Willing to work onsite in Imus, Cavite
