Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist for a hybrid work setup in Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines. The role focuses on leading AI and machine learning initiatives, building and deploying AI solutions, and integrating platforms into internal systems and recruitment processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows, monitor performance, and promote responsible AI use while supporting teams with prompt engineering and day-to-day AI training.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead the delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives that align with business goals
• Build, train, or deploy AI solutions for predictive insights, automation, workflow optimisation, or internal knowledge tools
• Integrate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI) into Stellar's internal systems and recruitment processes
• Support consultants with prompt engineering, productivity tools, and day-to-day AI usage training
• Partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed automation across recruitment and back-office functions
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of AI tools to ensure responsible, secure, and ethical use
• Champion the safe and strategic use of AI across the business by sharing knowledge and running capability-building sessions
• Collaborate with data engineers or IT partners to manage data pipelines, model lifecycle, and platform infrastructure
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI space and make strategic recommendations accordingly
