Talkpush is seeking an Automation Manager to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and automation projects across global operations. You will lead process assessments, develop automation playbooks, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires 7+ years in process excellence with exposure to shared services and US business units, plus strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years in Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, Automation or similar roles.
Experience in shared service centers and US-based business units.

Responsibilities

Lead or assist workstream projects using DMAIC framework.
Measure, baseline, and analyze process performance for improvements.
Document process flows using SIPOC or similar tools.
Identify improvement opportunities including automation and cost savings.
Develop implementation plans and automation playbooks.
Drive value realization and cost savings from automation initiatives.
