The candidate should bring 6+ years in technical audit-adjacent roles, strong scripting (Go), cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), advanced Excel, REST APIs, and experience with log analysis and software

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical roles supporting software audits, licensing, or enterprise IT environments.
• Proficiency with scripting and Go for self-contained, executable code.
• Strong cloud computing knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Advanced Excel with Power Query for data shaping/automation.
• Experience with REST APIs for data integration/automation.
• Knowledge of data anonymization for privacy/compliance.
• Ability to parse logs and interpret licensing terms.
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment tools (SCCM, Flexera, Snow).
• Version control with Git/GitHub; basic CI/CD awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation tools for audit data collection and analysis with robust error handling.
• Provide technical expertise during client engagements and validate non-standard software usage claims.
• Collaborate with product management to align audit methodologies with license metrics.
• Interpret licensing terms and assess deployment architectures across client environments.
• Document solutions and deliver hands-on demos for auditors and stakeholders.
• Apply data anonymization techniques to ensure privacy during audits.
• Parse and analyze log files to extract usage and deployment data.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
