Job summary

IntouchCX Philippines is seeking an IT Auditor to ensure accuracy and compliance of IT assets. The role involves conducting audits, tracking hardware and software, licensing, and reporting issues across IT components.

You will work with IT, finance and Global resources to verify asset records, prepare audit reports, and provide improvement recommendations. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary IT-related degree and at least 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/certificate in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or similar technical environment.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, LAN/WAN and peripherals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with internal clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to track and manage IT assets.
• Prepare audit reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Verify asset records with IT, finance and global teams.
• Ensure proper tracking from acquisition through decommissioning.
• Provide generalized IT support as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
