Job summary

Pax8 is seeking an Automation Specialist to design, build and scale AI-powered workflows across our global teams, including Manila. You’ll turn repetitive tasks into practical automation using no-code/low-code tools and AI-assisted solutions to free teams for higher-value work.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners, document standards, and create reusable playbooks while helping shape governance around automation and data flows in a fast-growing technology business.

Qualifications

• Significant functional expertise and understanding of how workflows, data, tools and people connect within a business area.
• Proven experience improving processes in a way that sticks — not just mapping a future state, but helping people genuinely adopt better ways of working.
• Demonstrated systems thinking, with the ability to understand end-to-end workflows, dependencies, decision points and downstream impact.
• Hands-on experience building with no-code or low-code automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, ServiceNow, Workday configuration, Zapier or Airtable automations.

Responsibilities

• Build smart workflows by identifying high-impact automation opportunities and creating no-code or low-code solutions.
• Use AI-enabled approaches for tasks like routing, data extraction, summarisation and knowledge retrieval.
• Connect systems to reduce manual handoffs and move information smoothly between platforms.
• Test, learn and improve automation with real users, ensuring reliability and sustainability.
• Measure adoption, impact and value created through time saved and error reduction.
• Redesign work thoughtfully, balancing automation with human oversight and governance.
