Job summary

WeSupport, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Developer in Alabang, Muntinlupa City to design, develop and implement automation solutions that reduce manual processes and boost efficiency across the organisation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Eng and 5+ years in automation development, with hands-on scripting in Python, PowerShell or similar, plus strong API integration and enterprise data systems skills. This is a contract position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in automation development, application support, IT operations process improvement, or related roles.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts, workflows, or frameworks.
Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with API integration, data extraction, data transformation, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, or other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Develop automation scripts and frameworks to automate tasks, workflows, and system processes.
Identify automation opportunities within workflows, applications, and systems with stakeholders.
Integrate automation solutions with existing tools, databases, and applications to streamline operations.
Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure automation meets standards and performs as expected.
Maintain automated systems and adjust based on feedback and system changes.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation across the organization.
Maintain documentation for automation scripts, tools, and processes.
