Job summary

Atos is seeking an automation engineer to design, build, and support intelligent automation workflows in a 4-month project. The role involves integrating AI models with MCP services and enterprise APIs, plus designing prompts and memory handling for reliable outputs.

You will orchestrate ServiceNow and other systems via secure APIs, implement robust error handling, and ensure proper audit trails and human approvals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering n8n workflows in production environments.
• Experience integrating MCP services and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integration.
• Knowledge of prompt design, context management, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Experience with workflow reliability, logging, monitoring, retries, and error handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Clear communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready automation workflows using n8n or comparable platforms.
• Integrate AI models, MCP services, and enterprise APIs.
• Develop prompts, context handling, and memory strategies for reliable automation.
• Connect and orchestrate ServiceNow and other enterprise systems via secure APIs.
• Implement error handling, retries, monitoring, audit trails, and human approvals.
• Test, document, deploy, and maintain automation solutions across environments.
• Collaborate with API, architecture, quality, and delivery teams to resolve dependencies.
• Improve workflow performance, resilience, security, and maintainability.
