Job summary

Confidential plc programmer position in Laguna requires maintenance and improvement of PLC-controlled equipment across production lines. The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, sensors, and automation systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Eligible candidates include graduates in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics disciplines or related fields, with fresh OJT or capstone PLC exposure, ready to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant OJT (robotics or automation) or capstone project related to PLCs.
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming, motor controls, automation systems, and control engineering concepts.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring.

Responsibilities

Job description

The PLC Programmer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and production machinery to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Troubleshoots PLC programs, motor controls, sensors, and automation equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related courses.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience (robotics or automation) or a capstone project related to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming, motor controls, automation systems, and control engineering concepts.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring.
• Must possess good communication skills, a high level of stress tolerance, and the ability to lift at least 20kg.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite).
