Job summary

Eastwest Ageas Insurance is seeking a Digital Process Engineering Lead to identify digital and automation opportunities across Operations. You will translate business pain points into clear requirements for Portal, CRM, workflow, RPA, AI, and other digital solutions, working with multiple stakeholders to support design, testing, rollout, and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science, or related field.
Certification in digital transformation, automation, Agile, business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in operations transformation, business analysis, digital delivery, automation, or technology projects; insurance/financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient Operations processes and assess digitization/automation opportunities.
Translate business pain points into clear business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Coordinate with partners and vendors to validate requirements and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Own or support test approach, scenarios, defect triage, and readiness monitoring for digital initiatives.
Support rollout planning, communications, training inputs, and adoption monitoring.
Monitor implemented solutions and propose enhancements for efficiency, user experience, and compliance.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and decisions for management.
