Job summary
NTT Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking an Automation & Digital Transformation Lead to drive RPA, intelligent automation, and Generative AI initiatives that boost productivity and customer experience.
You will define strategy, roadmaps, and governance, and lead end-to-end automation programs across the organization. You’ll design and deliver solutions on UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or similar platforms, prioritize automation opportunities, manage budgets and vendors,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA, automation, digital transformation, or intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with leading RPA or low-code automation platforms.
- Practical exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled workflows, and orchestration.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, process mapping, and business process optimization.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
