The Digital Process Engineering Lead identifies digital and automation opportunities across Operations and translates business pain points into clear requirements for Portal, CRM, workflow, RPA, AI, STP/STU, and other digital solutions. The role works with Operations teams, TDX, vendors, Data, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders to support solution design, requirements gathering, testing approach, defect management, rollout readiness, and adoption of digital initiatives.
Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient Operations processes and assess opportunities for digitization, automation, workflow, RPA, AI, STP/STU, Portal, CRM, or other digital solutions
Translate business pain points into clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution inputs, in coordination with Operations teams, TDX, vendors, and other stakeholders
Coordinate with internal partners and vendors to validate requirements, confirm process impacts and expected business outcomes, and ensure solutions are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations
Own or support the test approach, test scenarios, issue validation, defect triage, progress tracking, dependency management, and readiness monitoring for assigned digital initiatives
Support rollout planning, communications, training inputs, and adoption monitoring to help ensure effective deployment and sustained use of digital solutions
Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, straight-through processing, user experience, operational control, and compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and requirements
Provide regular updates on digital initiative progress, risks, delays, open decisions, and required management support
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification in digital transformation, automation, Agile, business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage.
Experience: At least 5 yearsof experience in operations transformation, business analysis, digital delivery, automation, or technology-related projects, with background in digitization, workflow automation, system implementation, or requirements gathering. Insurance or financial services experience is preferred.
