Job summary

EastWest Ageas Insurance is seeking a seasoned professional to optimize its product implementation process and reduce turnaround times, accelerating speed-to-market and strengthening the product portfolio.

You will collaborate with multiple Business Units to translate product requirements into efficient backend configurations (eBao), set up products, and drive NB/UAT strategy and delivery plans, including sign-offs and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in actuarial science or tech-related field; professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in insurtech or insurance settings is a must.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units to translate product requirements into backend configurations (eBao).
• Set up products in the backend system, including table-based configurations.
• Develop NB, Post-NB and Day 2 UAT strategy, scope, schedule and resource plan.
• Oversee UAT execution, kick-off, checkpoints and sign-off.
• Coordinate with TDX on system-related costs and cost-efficient solutions.
