Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an in-house Collections Specialist to manage follow-up for past-due accounts in 60-90-120 day buckets. You will compute dues, counsel clients, and implement action plans with the Collection Head.

Requires 2–3 years in auto/truck loan collection or financial services. Proficiency in Excel/Word and strong client communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external clients.
• At least 2–3 years work experience in auto/truck loan collection or in the financial industry.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and monitor in-house collection follow-up for past due or bad debt accounts across 60-90-120 day buckets
• Compute payment dues and pre-termination amounts for assigned accounts
• Counsel clients and recommend action plans to Collection Head
• Reconcile and analyze payment history through Collection System and related inquiries
• Validate information obtained versus credit files and apply collection strategy through telephone inquiry and investigation
• Analyze client profile and account history, discussing all necessary information comprehensively with clients
• Resolve client complaints with minimal supervision
• Document follow-up notes and update information in Collection System
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
