• Minimum 1 year of field collection experience for financial institutions.
• Skilled in skip tracing and unit repossession.
• Knowledgeable about Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Deliver collection letters physically to clients and issue demand letters as needed.
• Verify unit status for past-due accounts and document findings.
• Conduct skip tracing and repossess units when appropriate.
• Counsel past-due clients on payment options and settlements.
• Coordinate with in-house collectors to resolve problematic accounts.
• Record field activities accurately and prepare required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
