The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience, proven multi-site management, and strong leadership. You will drive profitability, coordinate inventory, and lead training programs across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years supervisory or managerial experience in automotive service or related operations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
• Knowledge of automotive industry practices, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in using management systems and data analysis tools.
• Willingness to visit cluster locations regularly and travel as required.
• Preferred: Lean management or continuous improvement background.
• Preferred: Experience with automotive service centres, dealerships, or fleet maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple automotive service locations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and quality.
• Manage cluster budgets and control costs to profitability.
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise cluster management and staff.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and efficiency measures.
• Coordinate inventory management, procurement and supply chain.
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders in the cluster.
• Track and analyze cluster performance metrics and report to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all facilities.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and new services.
• Lead cluster-wide training programmes and maintain standards.
