LCG Marketing Philippines Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Leader to oversee four service centers and drive profitability, growth, and team performance. You will mentor staff, manage center teams, and stay current with automotive marketing and servicing trends.

The role requires driving with an active license, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across sites within Misamis Oriental. Travel across the city is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course.
• Automotive Servicing/Technical background; certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is required.
• Advanced communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to positively discipline a team.
• Computer savvy.
• Willingness to travel within Cagayan de Oro City.
• Knows how to drive (4 wheels) with an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the business of four service centers ensuring its profitability and growth.
• Manage teams of all assigned service centers.
• Mentors and train downline in achieving set goals and objectives.
• Keeps up to date with new Automotive trends in Marketing and Servicing.
• Monitors and keeps data on business day to day flow.
