Job summary

I&I Automotive Modifications is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to lead sales expansion and our shop partner network across the Philippines. You will be the face of the brand, building strong relationships with independent auto shops, modification centers, and parts distributors while driving B2B sales for our high-performance car parts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, spare parts, or lubricants in the Philippines is strongly preferred.
• Ability to talk shop with mechanics and shop owners and travel extensively across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and sign high-potential auto repair, detailing, and modification shops across key regions in the Philippines.
• Negotiate partnership terms and wholesale pricing agreements to drive mutual growth.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for all partner shops with long-term loyalty and repeat orders.
• Conduct on-site shop visits, product demonstrations, and briefings to educate shop owners and mechanics on our parts catalog.
• Pitch and close B2B sales orders for inventory stocking, build projects, and exclusive product lines.
• Identify market trends and competitor pricing to refine sales pitches.
• Collaborate with the CEO to align field initiatives with revenue and expansion goals.
• Maintain records of field visits, sales pipelines, and partner feedback via CRM.
