Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers from application through settlement. The role requires hands-on experience with ApplyOnline and knowledge of Australian lender policies.

You will review client information, lodge applications, coordinate with brokers, and ensure compliance with NCCP, AML/CTF, and lender requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Australian residential mortgage processing experience.
• End-to-end mortgage processing from lodgement to settlement.
• Hands-on ApplyOnline experience.
• Experience using Australian lender portals.
• Knowledge of NCCP, BID, and AML/CTF requirements.
• Experience handling complex loan applications (self-employed, trusts).
• Understanding of servicing calculations and credit assessment.
• Excellent English communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review client information, fact finds, and loan scenarios.
• Prepare and lodge loan applications using mortgage CRM systems and ApplyOnline.
• Follow up on outstanding documents with brokers and clients.
• Ensure loan applications comply with Australian lender policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate valuations, lender requests, and credit conditions.
• Provide regular updates on loan status to brokers and stakeholders.
• Review conditional and formal approvals.
• Ensure all settlement requirements are completed on time.
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and settlement teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, file notes, and pipeline updates.
• Meet SLAs and quality standards.
