Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage applications from initial document collection through to settlement. You will communicate with borrowers, review documents, prepare loan applications, and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approvals and settlements.

The role requires deep knowledge of Australian mortgage processes, strong English communication, and reliable Zoom/online collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of direct Australian mortgage industry experience.
• Experience processing Australian mortgage applications end-to-end.
• Knowledge of Australian lender processes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process Australian mortgage applications from initial processing through to settlement.
• Prepare accurate loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Liaise with clients to provide regular updates and gather missing information.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, valuers and solicitors as needed.
