You will gather detailed financial information, obtain supporting documents, and prepare a complete client summary for assessment, ensuring compliance with privacy and lending requirements while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact new clients to understand lending requirements and financial circumstances.
• Establish loan purpose, amount, term, and repayment strategy.
• Ask detailed questions to determine suitability for further assessment.
• Collect and review client employment, income, and financial documents.
• Schedule qualified clients for an appointment with the Manager or Back End team.
• Maintain complete and accurate client records in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, credit and responsible lending requirements.
