Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc is seeking an experienced Credit Officer to support our Australian finance brokerage. This role requires prior Australian credit experience, strong English communication, and the ability to assess and structure finance applications for submission to lenders.

You will work with onshore and offshore teams, evaluating Australian bank statements, payslips, tax returns and credit reports, and you will liaise directly with Australian clients to obtain missing information and

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian personal loan or asset finance is essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communication with Australian clients by phone.
• Ability to identify issues in Australian bank statements, payslips, tax returns and Equifax reports.

Responsibilities

• Assess Australian finance applications for completeness and suitability.
• Review supporting documents and credit reports; identify potential credit concerns.
• Communicate with Australian clients to obtain outstanding documentation and explain requirements.
• Prepare applications for submission and assist with lender selection and structuring.
