Job summary

Solaris Finance, an Australian finance brokerage, seeks a full-time Admin Assistant based remotely in the Philippines. You will work with Australian customers and lenders to structure, submit and settle commercial asset finance deals, while staying organized and detail-focused.

The role requires strong English, reliable internet, and the ability to manage multiple steps from enquiry to settlement. Training will be provided and a laptop is supplied, with 13th month pay and long-term career

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confidence speaking with customers on the phone.
• High attention to detail.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role.
• Willingness to learn Australian commercial finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone and by email.
• Package and submit applications.
• Liaise with lenders.
• Follow up customers for documents and information.
• Manage applications through to approval and settlement.
• Keep CRM and deal notes accurate and up to date.
• Work with the Australian team to keep deals moving.
