Job summary

TGT GLOBAL is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping for Australian clients, including AP, AR, invoicing, and reconciliations using Xero. The role supports a global team with a focus on accurate records and timely reporting.

You will handle supplier invoices, client payments, and bank reconciliations, contributing to smooth financial operations. A strong English communicator with 3+ years of Australian bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software.
• Experience processing supplier invoices and reconciling balances.
• Strong general ledger maintenance and basic financial reporting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts and online portals.
• Record receipts for COD transactions and monitor credit terms.
• Prepare draft invoices and monitor overdue payments; allocate payments.
• Reconcile bank transactions and prepare reconciliation reports.
