Job summary

Sleek, a leading global back-office platform for micro SMEs, is seeking an Audit Support professional based in the Philippines to assist the audit team with onboarding clients, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely, accurate processes.

You will help collect requirements, manage bank confirmations, and build dashboards using Excel/Sheets, while embracing AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service, Client Support, Operations Support, or a Coordination role.
• Proven experience in client-facing written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated capability in managing multiple stakeholders and tracking tasks.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, tracking tools, and reporting.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools and IT applications to automate daily administrative workflows.
• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Support audit onboarding, including contacting clients, collecting requirements, preparing bank confirmations and clearance letters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across email, calls, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate across internal departments to track audit progress and ensure smooth information flow.
• Develop and maintain Audit Dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
