Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Officer, Client Onboarding Support to coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding across private equity, real estate and private credit clients. You will ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and governance while supporting data migration and offboarding as needed.

As a key liaison across Legal, Compliance, and Operations, you will manage documentation, tracking, and reporting while driving improvements to onboarding workflows and controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ work experience in client onboarding, loan operations, or financial services.
• Exposure to agency lending, loan administration, or capital markets preferred.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML and onboarding documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding frameworks, including folders, checklists, and setup activities.
• Coordinate data migration, client setup, activation, and offboarding tasks.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies through go‑live and closing.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations and clients to meet timelines.
• Support MSAs for sub-agent deals and maintain compliance workflows.
