Qualifications

Knockdown Group is on the lookout for a full-time Audit Officer!

Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and independent Audit Officer to oversee and verify all liquidation activities across Knockdown Group’s companies. This role follows a hybrid work setup—1 day onsite per week and the rest work-from-home—and ensures accuracy, compliance, and proper financial reporting across Roof Manila, Knockdown Group, and Hit PH.

Responsibilities:

Audit & Liquidation Review (All Companies):

• Review and audit ALL liquidation submissions for internal and external transactions
• Cover liquidation reports across Roof Manila, Knockdown Group, and Hit PH
• Verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance of supporting documents (receipts, vouchers, approvals)
• Flag discrepancies, inconsistencies, and non-compliant submissions for correction

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and submit Weekly Finance Reports with audit findings and observations
• Consolidate and prepare Monthly Audit Reports for management review
• Prepare Quarterly Audit Reports highlighting trends, risks, and recurring issues
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Audit Reports and year-end reviews

Process & Compliance:

• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams for clarifications and follow-ups
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reduce audit risks
• Maintain organized audit working papers and documentation for reference and future audits
• Support internal and external audits as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
• Experience in audit, finance, or accounting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with liquidation, expense auditing, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Highly organized, objective, and comfortable working independently
