Job summary

Mirage International Corporation is seeking an Audit Associate to conduct store inventory counts and audits across concession and outright retail stores nationwide. You will validate stock against records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with Retail Operations to resolve issues.

This on-site role at the Makati Head Office requires travel nationwide for scheduled audits and a strong eye for detail. Proficiency in Excel and reporting is essential to prepare inventories and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience in inventory counting, retail audit, store operations, or stock control is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory verification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled physical inventory counts and stock audits across concession and outright retail stores nationwide.
• Travel off-site to different store locations to perform inventory verification and audit activities.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts against system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and report inventory variances, shortages, overages, damages, and stock discrepancies.
• Validate product quantities, item codes, stock locations, and inventory documentation.
• Review inventory movement records, including stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Ensure proper inventory counting procedures and audit guidelines are consistently followed.
• Prepare accurate inventory count reports, audit findings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Store Managers, and store teams regarding audit schedules, findings, and corrective actions.
