Omaga Safety Inc in Manila is seeking an Inventory Auditor to conduct regular audits and reconcile stock with system records. You will travel to store branches and maintain accurate audit documents while reporting discrepancies promptly to Management.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel. If you uphold confidentiality and professional standards, this position offers growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inventory audits at assigned stores and warehouses.
Perform physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with system records.
Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged items.
Prepare accurate inventory audit reports and submit findings to Management.
Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory movement and recommend corrective actions to minimize losses.
Coordinate with store personnel to resolve inventory-related issues.
Maintain a firm, fair, and professional approach when conducting audits and implementing company policies.
Immediately report any policy violations, suspicious activities, or significant inventory discrepancies to Management.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all audit documents are complete and properly filed.
Perform other inventory-related duties assigned by Management.
Bachelor's degree or College Level in any business-related course is an advantage.
Preferably with experience in inventory audit, stock control, or inventory management.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Firm, objective, and professional in enforcing company policies and inventory procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems is an advantage.
Willing to travel to different store branches for inventory audits.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
