Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or College Level in any business-related course is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in inventory audit, stock control, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Firm, objective, and professional in enforcing company policies and inventory procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to different store branches for inventory audits.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory audits at assigned stores and warehouses.
• Perform physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with system records.
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged items.
• Prepare accurate inventory audit reports and submit findings to Management.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory movement and recommend corrective actions to minimize losses.
• Coordinate with store personnel to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Maintain a firm, fair, and professional approach when conducting audits and implementing company policies.
• Immediately report any policy violations, suspicious activities, or significant inventory discrepancies to Management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all audit documents are complete and properly filed.
• Perform other inventory-related duties assigned by Management.
