Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Global Audit & Compliance Manager (Talent Acquisition) to drive governance, audit, and continuous improvement for the global TA organization.

You will lead policy development, controls, and KPIs in multiple geographies. You will coordinate with TA, Legal, HR, Ops and PMO teams to standardize processes, improve risk management, and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Accountancy, Legal Management or related discipline.
• Must have Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and managing a team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, auditing, SOPs, process controls, or dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA governance framework design, policies, SOPs, and process controls across geographies.
• Conduct operational and compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues, driving corrective actions.
• Develop audit standards, templates, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-based process improvements using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with TA, Legal, HR, Ops, PMO and Client Services to strengthen controls.

Global Audit & Compliance Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Summary

The Global Audit & Compliance Manager is responsible for driving governance, audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the global Talent Acquisition organization. The role ensures consistency, compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across all TA functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of TA governance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and process controls across all geographies.
• Manage and execute operational and compliance audits to ensure adherence to company standards, recruitment policies, and process requirements.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and compliance issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop audit standards, methodologies, templates, governance dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles and data-driven insights.
• Partner with TA leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen controls, standardize processes, and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition governance, compliance, and audit standards globally.
• Facilitate governance reviews and compliance calibration sessions with regional TA leaders to ensure consistent execution of recruitment processes.
• Lead compliance awareness, audit readiness, and process education initiatives for global TA teams.
• Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and business requirements impacting Talent Acquisition operations and recommend appropriate controls.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation, records, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Accountancy, Legal Management, or a related discipline.
• Must have Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt).
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing a team.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in at least two of the following:
  • Designing or implementing governance frameworks
  • Conducting operational or compliance audits
  • Developing SOPs, policies, or process controls
  • Leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
  • Managing compliance monitoring or quality assurance programs
  • Developing governance dashboards, KPIs, or executive reporting
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Legal, HR, Operations, PMO, or Client Services) to drive governance and process improvements.
• Experience supporting regional or global operations is preferred.
• Must be willing to perform hands-on audit, compliance, governance, and process improvement activities while leading a team.
• Must be amenable to report onsite 100%
• Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules.
• Must be amenable to work in VXI Quezon City or VXI Bridgetowne Pasig.
