Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking an Operations Team Leader for Auction Operations. You will own performance discussions, coaching, attendance management and team development while leading SLA/TAT, quality and staffing results.

You will coach and develop agents, manage daily productivity, review in-shift performance, and partner with clients and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Team Leader or equivalent people-leadership experience in BPO, shared services, customer operations, sales operations or back-office operations.
• Experience managing team performance against SLA/TAT, productivity, quality, attendance, and staffing/coverage metrics.
• Strong coaching and performance-management capability with experience developing both struggling and high-potential employees.
• Comfortable using operational data to identify root causes, define actions, and follow them through.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Able to work full-time, fully onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City on a night shift.
• Dependable, disciplined and accountable; proactive in identifying risks, owning outcomes and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop agents; manage attendance, punctuality, accountability, performance gaps and improvement actions.
• Recognize and develop high performers for expanded SME, QA, training or leadership responsibilities.
• Hold return-to-work conversations and proactively address recurring attendance or reliability concerns.
• Own daily productivity, SLA/TAT, quality, attendance, staffing and other service-delivery KPIs across assigned workflows.
• Review in-shift performance, queues, backlogs and aged work; prioritize workload and allocate resources against demand.
• Validate reported results; develop recovery plans for below-target performance and follow through to sustained correction.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders about performance, staffing, risks, dependencies and commitments.
• Partner with Quality, Training, WFM and leadership to investigate recurring errors, close performance gaps and improve workflows.
