Responsibilities

• Responsible for the generation and presentation of group sales.
• Responsible for ensuring that each enquiry is serviced in a commercially responsible time frame, whilst ensuring the overall closing rates and sales volumes exceed the KPI’s.
• Convert leads into new Happy Customers.
• Maintain above KPI sales volumes every month.
• Refer Care Package providers and NDIS participants to our specialist.
• Develop and maintain exceptional Product knowledge.
• Ability to tailor makes the right solution based on the individual's wants and needs.
• Following, promoting & maintaining the Company CARE Culture.
• Any other duties requested by Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
