MicroSourcing International is seeking an AU Telesales Representative for a remote, day-shift role based in Angeles City. You will drive sales by handling outbound calls, presenting solutions, and closing deals with Australian customers. A strong focus on KPIs and product knowledge will help you exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in sales and target-driven roles.
• Experience with outbound calls and cold calling.
• Experience using Zoho CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and KPI focus.
• Confident closer over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Generate and present group sales proposals and meet KPI targets.
• Convert leads into new customers.
• Maintain above KPI sales volumes each month.
• Refer Care Package providers and NDIS participants to specialists.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Promote and uphold the CARE Culture.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the generation and presentation of group sales Responsible for ensuring that each enquiry is serviced in a commercially responsible time frame, whilst ensuring the overall closing rates and sales volumes exceed the KPI’s.
