Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an Outbound Appointment Setter to join our onsite Day Shift team. You will call homeowners from a 30,000-contact database using GoHighLevel, qualify whether they have a home loan, and book qualified prospects into the calendar within 1–2 days.

You will record every call outcome, refine the script, and handle follow-ups when there are no bookings. Work hours are Brisbane evenings aligned with Australian clients.

• Complete administrative tasks during shifts and follow up with interested contacts who have not booked.

Your Role

As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you are responsible for

• Call homeowners from an existing database of over 30,000 contacts using the GoHighLevel power dialler. The database is provided, so no data mining or list building is required.
• Ask basic qualifying questions to determine whether the homeowner currently has a home loan and when it was last reviewed. If the contact does not have a home loan, politely thank them and end the call.
• Book qualified prospects into Ben's calendar, usually within one to two days, and confirm their name, mobile number, email address, and appointment time.
• Leave a voicemail only on the first missed call and accurately record every call outcome in GoHighLevel.
• Assist in refining the call script based on call performance and successful approaches.
• Complete administrative tasks early in the shift, including following up with interested contacts who have not booked an appointment and emailing contacts who requested or agreed to receive information. When there are no administrative tasks, focus on outbound calling.
• The role focuses exclusively on booking appointments. The caller must not quote interest rates, name lenders, promise savings, or provide opinions on the suitability of any loan or financial product.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, with proven calling experience in the finance or real estate industry.
• Experience calling Australian consumers is preferred, along with clear and confident spoken English and the ability to communicate comfortably with Australian customers.
• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and dialler, with accurate and timely call documentation.
• Resilience when handling rejection, the ability to maintain a consistent call rate, and a conversational approach rather than relying entirely on a script.
• A collaborative attitude, including willingness to suggest and test improvements to call scripts.
• Strong adherence to guidelines, particularly regarding what callers can and cannot communicate about financial products.
• Reliability and the ability to work independently during Brisbane evening hours.
