You will maintain accurate payroll data and ensure timely processing for clients. The role emphasizes compliance with Fair Work, NES, PAYG, superannuation, and workers' compensation while conducting audits, reconciliations, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of Australian payroll experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work Awards, NES, PAYG, superannuation, and workers' compensation requirements.
• Experience processing high-volume payroll within strict weekly deadlines.
• Experience with payroll, workforce management, or accounting systems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client service and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Process end-to-end weekly payroll, including wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave entitlements, superannuation, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll data, timesheets, pay rates, award interpretations, rate cards, pay rules, and payroll system settings.
• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, NES, PAYG, superannuation, and workers' compensation obligations; conduct payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll funding, payment processing, workers' compensation claims and reimbursements, payroll queries, employee documentation, timesheet approvals, and payroll-related client invoicing.
• Liaise with clients, employees, insurers, and internal teams to resolve payroll and billing discrepancies, provide guidance to team members, maintain confidentiality, and support process improvements.
