Job summary

Locad in Manila is seeking an AU Operations Executive to be the day-to-day link between our Manila team and our Australia-based warehouse partner. You’ll monitor SLAs, resolve issues, and ensure client and customer satisfaction for AU fulfillment.

You’ll work Sydney hours from our Makati office, starting early, with high visibility into a growing market and real ownership over AU operations performance as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a coordination-heavy role.
• Comfortable working Sydney hours from Manila; this is a firm requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with AU warehouse partner on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
• Monitor SLA performance across fulfillment, delivery, and returns; flag risks early.
• Collaborate with CS to resolve order/shipment issues and provide timely customer updates.
• Track and report key operational metrics for the AU market (order accuracy, turnaround time, exceptions).
• Escalate warehouse or carrier issues to internal/external stakeholders and drive resolution.
• Maintain documentation of processes, exceptions, and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Support ad hoc projects related to AU operations as the business scales.

Location: Makati City, Philippines (Onsite) Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT | Monday to Friday Work Setup: 5 days onsite

About The Role

We are looking for an AU Operations Executive to be the day-to-day operational link between our Manila team and our Australia-based warehouse partner. This role keeps AU fulfillment running smoothly — monitoring SLAs, resolving issues before they escape, and making sure our clients and their customers get the service they expect.

You will work Sydney hours from our Makati office, which means your day starts early. In return, you will have high visibility into a key growth market and real ownership over how AU operations perform.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily with our Australia-based warehouse partner on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
• Monitor SLA performance across fulfillment, delivery, and returns, and flag risks before they become escalations
• Work closely with the CS team to resolve order and shipment issues, ensuring customers get timely updates
• Track and report on key operational metrics (order accuracy, turnaround time, exceptions) for the AU market
• Escalate warehouse or carrier issues to the right internal and external stakeholders, and follow through to resolution
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, exceptions, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc projects related to AU operations as the business scales

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination-heavy role
• Comfortable working Sydney hours from Manila — this is a firm requirement, not a preference
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with warehouse partners and internal CS teams
• Detail-oriented with a bias for follow-through; SLAs don't manage themselves
• Comfortable with data: can read a report, spot a trend, and know when something's off
• Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics is a plus
• Proficient with tools like spreadsheets and ticketing systems
