Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to manage daily financial transactions, process invoices, and maintain client/vendor communications. This 100% on-site role requires immediate availability and adherence to AU business hours.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in accounting/support, strong English writing, and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate with the local Cebu team and Australian stakeholders in a modern office setting.

Qualifications

• Immediate availability to start as soon as possible.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or finance-support roles focused on accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR operations.
• Proficient in processing invoices, managing reconciliations, and tracking project statuses.
• Exceptional written English skills for clear, corporate, and vendor-facing communication.
• Must be comfortable working AU business hours and report to Manros Plaza, General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City for 100% on-site work.
• High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
