Tasq Work is hiring an HR Specialist to support attendance and people operations on-site in BGC, Taguig. You will review attendance, handle inquiries, and prepare dashboards to drive management reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 36 months of HR experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to work in Taguig. Start date ASAP with day shift, on-site setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 36 months as HR Specialist.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll systems where applicable.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate attendance transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle complex attendance and leave-related inquiries and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis on attendance discrepancies.
• Conduct quality reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare attendance dashboards and management reports.
• Support policy interpretation and employee communication.
• Train and mentor team members on attendance processes. Monitor SLA adherence and productivity targets.
