Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Metro Manila is seeking an Account to Report (ATR) Supervisor to oversee a cluster or sub-team under the ATR function. The role reports to the ATR Manager and ensures GAAP-compliant accounting, reporting, and closing across ledgers and intercompany transactions.

The incumbent will monitor team performance, ensure timely deliverables, and support complex ATR operations during migrations or handovers.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role focused on R2R.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ATR accounting, reporting and close for GAAP, including General Ledger, Intercompany and Fixed Assets.
• Monitor team attendance and supervise day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables (including iPace) per SLAs and targets.
• Provide support in ATR operations for complex transactions or during migrations.
• Identify improvements and lead projects, migrations, and process enhancements.
• Lead KPI reporting and address gaps versus targets.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
