Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is hiring an ATR Accountant focused on General Ledger and Financial Reporting. The role supports accurate month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and timely reporting.

Location is Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, with a hybrid arrangement; four days per month on-site reporting. Requires 1–3 years in Finance/Accounting, strong Excel and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in Finance or Accounting, preferably General Accounting/General Ledger/Accounting-to-Reporting.
• Shared Services/GBS experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GL, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with BlackLine or other reconciliation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or local accounting standards is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate financial cutoff and general ledger postings.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct month-over-month variance analysis and explain significant fluctuations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for stakeholders.
• Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from various sources.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
