Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care AG in the Philippines is seeking a Deployment Manager – Account to Report (A2R) to lead SAP S/4HANA finance deployments across markets. You will drive end-to-end delivery of the ATR processes (GL, FA, Intercompany, Close, Group Reporting) in line with global templates and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA deployment programs.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Financial Close.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of SAP S/4HANA deployments for the ATR process stream.
• Ensure compliance to deployment roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Controlling, IT).
• Facilitate deployment ceremonies: fit-gap workshops, design reviews, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
