Fresenius Medical Care in Manila is seeking a Manager, Quality Audit (ATR / O2C) to lead the QA and risk-based audit program across ATR and O2C processes. You will guide a team of Quality Auditors, develop methodologies, scorecards, and quality frameworks to deliver high-quality audits and insights for governance and improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in Internal Audit or Quality Assurance in a multinational GBS environment, 4+ years in ATR operations, and 2+ years of people leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Internal Audit or Quality Assurance in a multinational GBS/GPO environment.
• 4+ years in Account-to-Report (ATR) operations, including Month-End Close, Journal Entries, GL, and Financial Reporting.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and internal controls; experience with O2C quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ATR and O2C Quality Audit team and end-to-end audit program.
• Develop risk-based audit plans, scorecards, and quality frameworks for ATR and O2C.
• Present audit findings, risks, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support process migrations and transformation projects through QA readiness assessments.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
